JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibilities: Program Lead for Caregiving short course

  • Prepare and ensure submission of all requirements for the application;
  • Develop the program;
  • Coordinate preparation and operational success needs of the program;
  • Document and archive;
  • Lead and execute overall direction for the department;
  • Other related task that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills Required:

  • Technical know how on Caregiving;
  • Active Listening - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times;
  • Active Learning - understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
  • Complex Problem Solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
  • Reading Comprehension - understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents;
  • Critical Thinking - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
  • Time Management - managing one's own time and the time of others;
  • Coordination - adjusting actions in relation to others actions;
  • Judgment and Decision Making - considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one;
  • Speaking - talking to others to convey information effectively;

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed caregiver;
  • Must be a holder of NC II;
  • Must have undergone training on Training Methodology II (TM II);
  • Must be physically and mentally fit;
  • Must have at least 2-3 years job/industry experience on managerial level;
  • Must be able to develop, teach, maintain the curriculum of the Basic Competencies, Common
  • Competencies, Core Competencies of the program.
