The Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Finance Lead is also responsible for managing the accounting team and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations. The specific job duties of a Finance Lead may include:

• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts to ensure that the company meets its financial goals and objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and ensure that they are accurate and timely.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth opportunities.
• Manage the accounting team and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulations.
• Implement financial controls and processes to ensure that financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that financial information is integrated into the overall business strategy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and financial performance indicators to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is preferred.

7+ years of experience in financial management or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.

Experience with financial software and ERP systems, such as Quickbooks, SAP, or Oracle.
