JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies for all positions in a call center.
This includes partnering with site leaders and workforce/scheduling teams to proactively determine recruiting needs for non-exempt and/or exempt positions while managing costs within site or departmental budget. Demonstrates ability to train others on Taleo/ Recruiting systems workflow, and Recruiting SOP’s; recommends and implements new processes for sourcing and assessing candidates and partnering with outside entities to drive quality applicants for all positions. Talent Acquisition Supervisors are responsible for local branding and marketing of STARTEK in the local community working with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing Department. Talent Acquisition Supervisor report on weekly hiring metrics to track outcomes against goals in order to ensure quality candidates are being hired. Talent Acquisition Specialists may adjust hiring profile based on specific client and LOB needs. Make recommendations to leaders on recruiting strategies which could enhance processes and quality of hire.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques. • Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
  • Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  • Analytical solid and Reporting Skills • Good time-management skills.
  • Ability to utilize HRIS and other marketing tools for recruitment.
  • Ability to discover bottlenecks in the recruiting procedure.
  • Quick decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye on details for accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and whee required
