JOB DESCRIPTION
The Facility Management Supervisor will manage all aspects of facility management within our GYMs and Central Office.
In order to perform the function, you shall directly coordinate with the Operations Department, Fitness and Retention Department, Human Resources Department, Finance Department and to the Health and Safety Committee.
You will manage the Facility Maintenance Officers by motivating and supporting them to deliver high quality work and will have an active role in implementing general services functions in the Central Office and GYMs.
- Facility Maintenance
- Manage all aspects of all clubs’ facility maintenance to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Prepares maintenance job order along with the scope of work, supplies and equipment needed by the facility maintenance officers.
- Regularly coordinates and follows up with the contractor and suppliers for the project management objectives.
- Prepares maintenance officers’ schedule and scope of work in advance.
- Coordinates with club managers for the permits and petty cash funds’ for ad-hoc maintenance works.
- Manage the the schedule and budgeting of our in house Facility Maintenance Officers and external suppliers
- Develop budget forecasts to anticipate the costs associated with the maintenance of the GYM facilities.
- Plan, develop and implement maintenance measures of general services in the GYMs
- Support operational requirements for admin, maintenance and repairs in the Central Office and GYMs
- Ensure office and vehicle insurance is up to date and appropriate
- Ensure driver maintains the vehicle in working condition which includes regular maintenance, do daily check list
- Review specifications or statement of work for gym maintenance, messengerial and janitorial services
- Asset Management
- Monitor office stocks, equipment, assets, vehicles and motorbikes according to policy as aligned with Finance and HR
- Reviews asset maintenance, repairs and disposal and submit recommendation
- Conduct monthly spot check on stock - stationary, monthly office supplies and sign off
- Maintain an up-to-date company asset database.
- Records accountability of the company’s supplies and equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or a similar field
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in procurement and facility management
- Strong planning, leading, organizing and coordinating skills.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Computer
- Willing to work ASAP
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig.

- Ensure that all exercise equipment is in good condition. Clean equipment and gym regularly.
- Participate in safety training and safety inspections.
