JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department

  3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

  4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  5. Attendance monitoring


JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Must be a graduate of Psychology or any Business related course

  2. At least 1 year work experience is required

  3. Computer literate and knowledgable in MS Office applications

  4. Has good communication skills, both written and verbal

  5. Has keen attention to details and can work under pressure
