Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiate directly with vendors to get the best possible pricing and payment options.
• Sourcing and request samples to supplier for developmental and alternative raw materials.
• Assist in the receipt of purchased material and services and keep detailed records of purchases stocks.
• Manage inventory records of units and spare parts of Affiliate Company.
• Responsible for supplier’s evaluation performance and compliance of requirements for accreditation.
• Responsible for overseeing a variety of tasks assigned
• Assisting the Purchaser in various task such as sourcing of supplier, car repairs, management procedures, importation matters and other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Qualifications/Skills/Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
