JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and in line with company goals
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to meet company needs
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and provide recommendations for improvements
- Assist in the development of procurement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- At least approximate 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software systems
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English
