JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and in line with company goals
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Manage procurement documentation and maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential suppliers to meet company needs
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Assist in the development of procurement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

JOB QUALIFICATION

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
  • At least approximate 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other procurement software systems
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in English
