We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VISA Associate to join our team. As a VISA Associate, you will be responsible for handling and processing visa applications for our clients, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.

Responsibilities:

• Process visa applications for our clients, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any questions they may have about the visa application process.
• Liaise with embassies and consulates to obtain necessary visas and permits.
• Manage multiple visa applications simultaneously, ensuring that each is completed in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in visa processing or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
