JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verifies the new hires 201 folder versus the encoded details on the HRIS
- NTE creation for the minor cases; HR officer, & HR Head for major cases
- Timely coordination of employee evaluation for regularization/project-based renewals
- 201 Audit
- Follow up & Help on accomplishing the employee requirements (SSS/PHIC/ HDMF/ BIR only)
- Trip tickets & Logs
- P.O Creation & Checking
- Supplies requisition
- Fleet management, maintenance, and dispatch
- Employee- related benefits such as Sleep, Vehicle Turnover, PC/Tools
- Gas & Shuttle Billing Report to Accounting
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of 4 year Course related to Admin or Human Resource or equivalent.
- Must have at least 1 year of experince in Admin or HR work.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
