Accounting Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts
- Prepare and enter journal entries into the general ledger
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel amd other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior accounting experience is a plus but not required
