JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the recruitment process for all job openings, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including but not limited to conflicts, complaints, and grievances.
Manage the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations, setting performance goals, and providing coaching and feedback to employees.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to employment laws, health and safety regulations, and employee benefit programs.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Must have 3-5 years of experience on the same field

must be a bacheler's degree holder (4 years)
