JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle and manage civil, criminal and administrative cases referred to the Legal Department
- Draft/ prepare/review pleadings, affidavits, legal opinions, legal correspondences, corporate documents, contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
- Investigate legal issues and research on public and private records, to ensure that all material and relevant information are obtained
- Coordinate with portfolio companies and other support teams and departments on legal and operational matters
- Handle corporate secretarial work for, and organize, board meetings
- Monitor and liaise with external law firms and other legal service providers on matters referred to them for handling
JOB QUALIFICATION
- 4 to 5 years of work experience as a Lawyer.
- Bar Exam Passer.
- Must have experience in attending hearing in Court.
