The Training and Quality Manager is responsible for managing the training and quality assurance programs for the organization. The Manager will work collaboratively with other managers and departments to ensure that employees receive the training they need to perform their jobs effectively, and that the organization's products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in T&Q under BPO set-up
At least 2 years experience in the same role
Must have extensive experience in stakeholder management
