JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) is responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of the organization's CIP program. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with other senior managers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATION

At least 3 years experience on the same role

Experience in driving projects in BPO setting

Must be Six Sigma Blackbelt Certified
