JOB DESCRIPTION

The Lead Generation Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of lead generation specialists to generate high-quality leads for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lead generation team, ensuring they meet their daily, weekly, and monthly targets. They will be responsible for identifying and implementing new lead generation strategies, coaching and training team members, and providing feedback to management on the team's performance.

JOB QUALIFICATION

must have at least 6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation (preferably from contact center industry)
