JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing the workflow of the department, achieving and maintaining a balance between manpower, resources, and workload. 
  • Overseas production and ensures delivery of services to client based on SLA
  • Providing feedback to Top Management with regard to the status of the department. 
  • Planning and overseeing operations of the department. 
  • Maintaining work systems, procedures, policies and encourage optimum performance of staff and other resources within the department. 
  • Developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and development and high performance. 
  • Applying strategic planning to determine company and department objectives. 
  • Reviewing performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.

 

   

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

    Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of any health allied course
  • With significant Management experience in supervisory, assistant manager, managerial role
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently, a good role model, with high integrity
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift
