JOB DESCRIPTION
- Expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the clients department process
- performed assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contracting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorization/denials
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must have an active PRC Nursing license
- Must have an active USRN license
- At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience
- Preferebly with BPO/CSR experience under healthcare account
- Must be a valid Philippines Passport holder
- Willing to start ASAP
- USRNs residing in PH
