JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To ensure that all customers at the Reception Area are entertained and attended promptly
  • To ensure that all telephone calls are answered in 2-3 rings
  • To ensure proper customer handling at all times
  • Greets customer coming in for service
  • Receives and attends to customers at the Reception area
  • Receives message/s from customer and should immediately relay it to concern reception staff
  • Monitor tracking log sheet of Appointment and Walk-in Customers
  • Receives and upkeepservice appointment bookings
  • Updates all Service Reception Boards
  • Assign customers to Service Advisors
  • Responsible in the preparation of promo reports
  • Prepares and Submits Daily Report on Units Received
  • Responsible to monitor all Supplies and Forms for Reception use
  • Attends to customer service inquiries

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be customer-service oriented
  • Must possess good time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work as productive member of the team
  • Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships among other team members
  • Female, not more than 25 years old. Preferably single
  • College graduate, preferably business course
  • With pleasing personality
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Preferably living in the area of Makati or nearby areas
