JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drive learning and performance culture of organization (Competency-based Training)
  • Manage Leadership Development Program, Facilitator for Senior Leaders Drive build and buy approach (Talent Management, Succession, New Managers Onboarding)
  • People Management - To manage L&D members across all sites Frontline for all leadership discussions (budget, financial)
  • Liaise on L&D programs in India, Manage adhoc under L&D 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 5-7 years of experience in L&D, better if 10 years experience
  • Team Player (coordination piece) Experience in onboarding and collaborating with TA HR and OD experience is a plus Certification Analytical Ability"
