JOB DESCRIPTION

Brief Job Description:

Customer Relation is in charge of coordinating with the clients for the status, updates, and other concerns regarding the unit purchase, unit modifications, upgrade, and changes and responding to complaints to ensure that the client is satisfied with the unit purchase. Customer Relation is also In charge of filling and coordinating legal documents.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Represents the company in all dealing with the clients. This includes meetings or phone conversations for inquiries regarding the unit purchase, unit modifications, upgrades and changes, complaints, and other communications regarding the company.

2. Relays information regarding construction or modification of unit to the construction team for implementation.

3. Coordinates with clients regarding the status, updates, and other concerns regarding their units.

4. In charge of filling all contracts, legal documents, and discussions with clients and payments.

5. Consistently updates the system regarding the history and process of all ongoing warranty units

Execute final and accomplished punch list before turning over the units to clients. Conducts unit turnover to clients. Perform punch listing for finishing works

6. Coordinates with legal in processing the transfer of Title of Clients, Tax declaration, and other billing documents

7. Evaluate accounts; Develop and manage clients & agency relationships.

8. Manage projects to ensure they get completed promptly; handle multiple and simultaneous marketing projects from start to finish, and maintain the gold standard product.

9. Investigate promotional opportunities and marketing initiates like annual goals, messaging and business focus.

10. Reports directly to the Director of Business Relations, CFO, and CEO.

11. Other task related to Customer Relation of the Company. Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the operational unit, company, or as directed by the Project Director and/or CEO.

12. Performs related duties and projects as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or any equivalent

- At least three years (s) of working experience in the related field for the position.

- Preferably 1-4 years’ experienced employee specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.

- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

- Excellent knowledge in MS Office such as MS Word, PPT and Excel, and Computer software and online applications

- Experience working with customer support.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

- Excellent time management skills

- Well-developed organizational skills
