Brief Job Description:
The Document Controller of Victor Consunji Development Corporation manages project documents; they ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout the organization. Design and maintain the document processes, and procedures, and enforce the chain of action and document classification. They sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, and architects. Handles controlled papers, edit, update and check for accuracy and also ensure proper labeling, numbering, and accessibility to employees. Maintain a secure storage space for these documents.
