JOB DESCRIPTION
· Oversees daily transactions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
· Supervises subordinate staff: sets work priorities; creates work schedules; conducts performance evaluations; implements reward or discipline as needed.
· Monitors the daily performance of the accounting department.
· Manages financial data into useable information and maintains updated records.
· Prepares financial statements.
· Handles reporting and/ or legal documents to BIR, SEC, and other related institutions.
· With background on Taxation and Governments Permits processing
· Coordinates issues with the Banks, Logistics, external auditor and others.
· Monitors CIS (customer information system).
· Handles permits and certificates renewal.
· Submits weekly/ monthly/ bi-annual/ annual report or as may be required by the CFO.
· Performs other duties related to accounting and finance as may be required by the CFO.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be a degree holder of BS Accountancy
Atleast 2 years work experience
Knowledgeable in taxation, FS preparation
