• Handles part of administrative duties such as but not limited to billings, purchasing, and office upkeep including branches.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Being knowledgeable in processing IPO and other license renewals is an advantage but not required
• Assist Executive Assistant with administrative tasks
• Assist Top Management and external suppliers
• Attend meetings and keep minutes when required.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• Must be a team player, and can relate well with all levels in the organization.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Must possess critical thinking ability, and excellent administration and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Panay Ave. Quezon City
• Can start as soon as possible
