JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handles part of administrative duties such as but not limited to billings, purchasing, and office upkeep including branches.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Being knowledgeable in processing IPO and other license renewals is an advantage but not required
- Assist Executive Assistant with administrative tasks
- Assist Top Management and external suppliers
- Attend meetings and keep minutes when required.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Must be a team player, and can relate well with all levels in the organization.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must possess critical thinking ability, and excellent administration and coordination skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Panay Ave. Quezon City
- Can start as soon as possible
