1. Handling and resolving customer queries on Chat in a timely manner
2. Managing/Checking Return-Refund Request
3. Validation of Negative Product reviews
4. Record Hot Selling Items reported issue by the Customer
5. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.
Others
1. Identify and escalate priority issues to Supervisor
2. Maintain accurate customer records and good after-sales service
3. Filing Disputes (if any)

College Major
Business/Marketing Management is an advantage
Certification Degree Holder Certification and/or any related Online Platforms
