-Coordinate with HR Manager/Operations Manager to determine staffing needs
-Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
-Administering appropriate company assessments
-Coordinate with HR Manager all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
-Performing reference and background checks; Making recommendations to HR Manager
-Other HR administrative work as directed by the HR Manager
-Must be graduate of Psychology or other related courses
-With at least 2 to 3 years of HR experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications
-Willing to be assigned at our office in President Avenue, BF Homes, Parañaque
