-Processes company payroll every pay period
-Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
-Computes employee take-home pay based on time records and handles mandatory benefits
-Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
-Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
-Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
-Adheres to payroll policies and procedures, identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records
-Handles final inventory result and identify employee discrepancies/variances
-Honors confidentiality of employees' pay records
-Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes
-Prepares employees payslip in a timely manner
-Other HR administrative work as directed by the HR Manager
-Possess at least a bachelor's or collegiate degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-At least 1 to 3 year/s of working experience in related field is required
-Proven working experience as HR Compensation and Benefits Assistant
-People-oriented and result-driven
-Knowledge of HR systems
