Finance Assist
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing payments and documents such as invoices, employee reimbursements, and financial statements.
- Tracking expenses
- Posting financial data to accounts
- Handling cash disbursements and issuing checks.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Handling communication between the organization and clients.
- Maintaining and improving the organization’s bookkeeping process.
- Performing basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and mail processing
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of four year course(BSBA Courses, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Human Resource, and any related courses)
- Experience is an advantage but not required
- Willing to be trained and willing to learn
- Conversational in using English Language is a plus.
- Residing in QC or nearby places in Quezon City
