JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provides general support to the different departments on its day-to-day operations.
- Monitors attendance, schedule, and whereabouts of the employees.
- Arranges schedule, travel accommodation, allowances and other administrative requirements.
- Carry out other administrative tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business, Computer or Information Technology or its equivalent.
- With at least 1-3 years of work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and other similar tools.
- With good oral and written communications skills.
- Must be pro-active, dynamic and results-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel to visit project sites around the country.
