JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Address service requests by different requestors that will support different business functions.
  • Timely implement various SOP activities throughout the day to serve different business functions 
  • Monitor systems that has direct impact on operations
  • Provide updated knowledgebase for new or updated activities
  • Maintain daily logs for operations and other activities relative to SOPs
  • Directly reports to Apps Support Head

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytic skills.
  • Working knowledge of software design
  • Will be assigned to PSE IT subsidiary company - Premier Software Enterprise, Inc.
