STORE MANAGER
Responsibilities
-Provide outstanding customer service so that our customers leave with a smile on their faces.
-Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships
-Motivate a positive sales team to maintain productivity and good rapport within the team
-Ensure that the store looks clean and inviting
-Display items and promotional materials in such a way that will attract attention from customers
-Check inventory levels and order new stocks

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- minimum of 3 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff.
