JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive Upsell. Cross-sell and hit the target daily sales per store in the following channels/accounts:
- WATSONS
- METRO GAISANO
- LCC SUPERMARKET
- LCC DEPARTMENT STORE
- ALL DAY SUPERMARKET
- NEIGHBORHOOD WHOLESALE
- FAMILYMART
- Communicate expertise by looking, acting and knowing the products by
- Maintain store shelves and inventory sufficiently at all
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
· Build constructive customer relationships.
- Submit reports off take and store inventory
- Assist on account initiated events/exhibits, if
- Assist in sales administrative task like collation of reports and folder
- And other tasks that may arise in connection with accounts/outlets assigned or account changes
DELIVERABLES:
- Collated Sales report/Inventory with data encoding
- Sales report discussion w/ Sales Manager: Once a week
- Folder Updating
- Office Schedule : Once per quarter (For Provincial)
- Office Schedule : Once a week (NCR & GMA)
- Field Schedule: 5x/week
- Liquidation of expenses
- Target sales of 5,000 per store per day x 7 stores per day x 26 days
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least high school graduate or college level
- With good oral communication skills
- Should be presentable
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or Push Selling an advantage but not necessary
- Willing to do field work and to be assigned in malls, groceries or shopping centers
- Willing to be trained
- Independent, hardworking, energetic, with self-confidence and can work well without supervision on assigned tasks
