JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses including bookkeeping.
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • May run various routine errands, as required.
  • In charge of the requisition and preparation of quotations / proposals as required.
  • Documentation and management
  • Create and manage internal and external documents
  • Manage, store, and file the documents.
  • Support the company’s internal operations
  • Support of recruitment interviews
  • Handling visitors, phone calls and emails
  • Schedule coordination and management
  • Cooperation with other internal departments
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps
  • With good communication skills
  • Presentable physically
