Job Roles:
? Assist in specific tasks related to the full employee life cycle from coordinating staff, onboarding, probation review, year-end appraisal reviews, and staff offboarding
? Generating monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc HR-related reports and liaising with relevent departments
? Ensure that the employee data is updated on HRIS (HiBob) and spreadsheet trackers in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
? Liaising with external vendors for administration of regional HR Benefits
? Liaising with external vendors for reference checks
? Preparing general staff letters, payslips and contracts
? Assist in general HR operations administrative tasks
? Collaborate with wider HR team (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Engagement and L&D) in supportiing various HR processes to deliver better employee ecperiences
? Other ad-hoc tasks or projects related to HR Operations

Qualifications:
? Must have 3-4 years of experience in the HR field
? Knowledge of employment law and regulations of Singapore/Malaysia/Hongkong/Taiwan/Philippines would be a big plus, but not a must
? Fluent in English (both oral and written)
? Min Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications or any other related disciplines
? Proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while keen to communicate abundantly information and tasks independently
? Mature to handle confidential information and tasks independently
? Highly organized and able to multitask
