JOB DESCRIPTION

HR Assistant


The HR assistant delivers administrative tasks covering different HR functions, with primary focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role serves as the stepping-stone for HR enthusiasts who envision themselves in a long-term career in the human resources, getting more specialized as s/he gains more knowledge and experience as an HR assistant.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:


1. Conduct daily interviews and accomplish Candidate Assessment Form (CAF) on a per-interview basis;
2. Update the recruitment tracker real time;
3. Post job ads in different job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.);
4. Source resumes and update the CV database daily, hitting the quota that will be set by the Recruitment Supervisor:;
5. Assist the department in the collection and distribution of HR files and other documents;
6. Conduct New Hire Orientation and prepare employment contracts;
7. Check and ensure that all pre-employment requirements are submitted in a timely manner.
8. Participate in the planning and execution of department- and organization-wide activities or events;
9. Assist in the processing of contracts such as notarizing, filing, signing, and sending of documents to assigned POC;
10. Perform other clerical and logistical tasks that may be needed by the department;
11. Support the other HR functions when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

Education/experience:


- College degree is not required but is an advantage;

- A graduate of a course in the social sciences or human resource management is an advantage
