JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Keeps oneself abreast on latest industry recruitment sourcing programs and strategies by utilizing relevant business and marketing knowledge to establish and extend company contacts despite limited budget and time.
  • Closely coordinates with requesting distributors regarding manpower profiles needed to ensure better understanding of what needs to be done and who the distributor shall consider as potential candidates.
  • Develops ways of identifying internal and external recruitment campaigns and approaching suitable candidates to ensure continuous hiring of candidates as necessary.
  • Obtains information on available job fairs (schools or private) and other recruitment events to augment manpower pool, recommends viability of participation and seeks budget approval correspondingly.
  • Assists in manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.
  • Prepares initial 201 files of newly hired employees and ensures completeness of content (i.e requirements and other data needed)
  • Ensure that newly hired applied for ATM online application.
  • Updating Insurance database
  • Issuing Company ID to newlyhired.
  • Perform other job-related duties and functions that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource Mgt / Psychology or equivalent
  • Preferably with experience in HR Recruitment
  • Atleast 1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have initiative.
  • Trustworthy and organized
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Preferably someone who can start ASAP
  • Cainta Area.
