JOB DESCRIPTION
HR & Admin Assistant is responsible in providing services and assistance specifically in the recruitment, facilitating the on-boarding and off-boarding process, employee welfare and benefits administration, timekeeping and employee relations to deliver and attend to all employees and company’s needs and concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in End to end Recruitment – Sourcing, Administer and Interpret battery of test, Conducts initial assessment, Ensure all pre-employment requirements are submitted before deployment, Conducts newly hired orientation, Conducts employment verification, Issuance of ID, Uniforms, Contracts, Office Supplies, Conducts exit interview.
- Maintain employment/performance documentation as required by legislation and regulations.
- Make follow-ups with government agencies for employees’ concerns
- Review & Analyze employees’ grievances by conducting surveys
- Facilitate employee programs such as Company Outing, Christmas party, etc.
- Administer the organization's employee communications initiatives, using various media to disseminate key messages
- Create memorandums if necessary
- Submit employee document transactions with government agencies on scheduled dates
- Proactively make recommendations to improve HR and business operations;
- Administer the organization's day-to-day HR operations;
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Experienced in Human Resources or related field
- Preferably with Auto dealership experience
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; a people person and approachable
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- High level of attention to detail
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
