JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

  1. Achieves mastery of the use of software products to be implemented.
  2. Achieve mastery of the different stages of HRIS implementation.
  3. Manages implementation activities including schedules and meetings.
  4. Assists the Project Manager in the requirements detailed investigation and requirements’ mapping.
  5. Performs appropriate documentation for all phases of the project including requirements specification, job orders, progress/status reports, and project acceptance.
  6. Facilitate users training.
  7. Coordinates with Technical Support and R&D Groups for software installation, database configuration, and customizations.
  8. Assists users during database buildup, test runs, parallel runs, and live runs.
  9. Documents all issues and problems encountered during the implementation cycle and make appropriate recommendation for problem resolutions.
  10. Represents Project Manager and ACLT Management to end-users and submit reports to him/her regularly (at least twice a week).
  11. Coordinates with Accounting Department for billing and collection.
  12. Reports regularly to Immediate Superior and Management for progress status of all accounts being handled and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the Implementation Process.
  13. Promotes and protects the image and reputation of ACLT at all times while under the employment and few years after such employment.
  14. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATION:

  • A graduate of degree in IT, Computer Studies and related
  • Experience in IT Help-desk, Support or Implementation is required
  • HRIS or any Software Development experience is an advantage
  • Skills in:
  •  Good communication and written skills
  •  Quick learner; able to learn new technologies
  •  End-user relationship skills
  •  Committed team player
