? Undertake Public Relation activities in connection with company branding and to promote Strategic Alliances.

- Coordinate with companies or organizations for Financial Literacy campaigns

- Assist in the organization of Investors’ Forum, Webinar, Company Anniversary and other special events

- Assist in the participation of Cocolife Asset Management Company Inc. (CAMCI) in the Philippine Investment Funds Association’s (PIFA) Annual Mutual Fund Awareness Week, PIFA Awards Night and other PIFA events

- Assist in the participation of CAMCI in any significant/related event in COCOLIFE

- Actively manage and update the company’s website, social media, and digital platforms

- Create marketing communication materials.

? Direct the research, conceptualization and production of promotional/advertisement materials, sales materials and other collaterals

- Consolidate and/or perform research and gather data to help the company market its products/services.

- Collect data on clients, competitors’ products/services including fund offerings, portfolio allocations and other information and the mutual fund industry as a whole, then utilize these information into actionable items, reports and presentations

- Monitor marketing and sales trends

- Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets

- Conceptualize the production of marketing materials including:

o Print advertisements

o Corporate items

o Sales materials/collaterals

o Product promotions/ brochures

o Advertising layouts

o Digital Graphics and Copy/Content

o Online Communications and Sales Promos

o Mobile Application Design and Content

- Coordinate the distribution of marketing campaigns in online and offline channels, including postings on the website and Facebook page

- Collaborate with other teams/units to create innovative content data

- Develop sales strategies in tandem with Sales and IRO department with focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients

- Tracks, monitors and evaluates results for specific marketing programs and campaigns

- Prepare write-ups/articles regarding company events/activities (e.g. PIFA Awards Night, Anniversary, etc.)

? Formulate and launch sales drives as a reward for the significant performance of Investment Solicitors.

? File and safe-keep important files and documents

? Remain fully informed on market trends and other industry researches

? Establish and maintain business information e.g. data base and trackers

? Attend Economic and Market Briefings, Corporate / Company presentations as well as special courses

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business-related courses/
