DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES |
A. Marketing Management |
· Create and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness, and increase market share. · Study customer preferences and insights to be used in marketing campaigns and planning. · Oversees compliance with visual merchandising, store displays, and other displays in designated sites with principal suppliers ‘standards. · Conceptualizes marketing materials/collaterals for events, brand awareness, company flyers/brochures, and dealer development materials, among others, and ensures that these are properly and timely executed to specifications and prescribed standards. · Formulate marketing strategies and tactics for different product lines to increase Sales performance. · Create a thorough market analysis of the industry and competitors based on the latest trends. · Develop Customer Service Programs and a Feedback system · Provide feasibility study, and support on setting up of new stores to open. · Maintain good relationships with existing partners and continuously promote the brand through different sponsorship programs and collaborations |
B. Digital Marketing |
· Manage the effective and efficient use of the following platforms to meet marketing objectives on social media, E-Commerce, and Digital platforms. Analyzes post-performance based on engagement metrics and enhances succeeding post content to ensure maximum audience reach and engagements. · Website Updating and Maintenance. Ensures that company website contents are accurate and updated. |
C. Events Management |
· Execution of Marketing events based on the Marketing calendar. · Secure promotional items and event collaterals. · Provide sales reports and analysis/post-evaluation of events conducted. |
D. Online Sales |
· Oversee the Online Sales transactions with ATC Website, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. · Coordinate concerns and resolve issues and/or complaints arising from online transactions. |
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree/ College Degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent.
Professional Experience: At least 5 years of Marketing work experience in the retail and/or distribution industry.
Competencies/Skills: With a creative media portfolio
Knowledge on using Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and video editing applications is an advantage
