THE ROLE
As the Accounting Admin, you will support the chief financial officer in accounting administration.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Mountain Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Compile and format client financial information for analysis or presentation to banks or accountants · Research and compile client historical operational data from various software applications for analysis
· Compile and populate reports for clients
· Review client bank records for compliance
· Perform internal audits for clients
· Populate annual client budgets and forecasts
· Extract monthly financial data and populating budget variance reports
· Calculate timely KPI’s and populating reports for delivery to client
· Build out dashboards for clients
· Compile scorecard data and input it into the software system
· Manage billing clients
· Help to manage calendar and inbox management
· Online research regarding clients’ industry and customers, economic financial and market trends, and other items as necessary
· Summarize and prioritize for review or delivery to client
· Assist the chief financial officer to increase billable time with clients
· Recommend operational efficiencies
· Create dashboards
· Review monthly financial performance
· Create benchmarks and KPIs for the 5 companies the CFO supports
· Handle other special projects or administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Experience in QuickBooks Desktop or Online is needed
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Have a finance, accounting, bookkeeping-type background
· Have intermediate-advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Sheets
· Knowledge in EOS - Ninety.io is an advantage but not required
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
