THE ROLE
As a Senior Sales Associate – Level II you will guide the client through finding and choosing a property management company. You should make yourself stand out as unique and essential to assist them in reaching their property management goals. We need someone who thrive on using their creativity, empathy, and communication skills to close sales.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Help potential clients achieve their lifestyle and investment property goals.
· Communicate and interact with clients over the phone, e-mail, Zoom, and social media
· Advise and provide information resources to clients on the status of the real estate market
· Get to know prospective clients, their property management, and investment property preferences.
· Follow up by sending potential clients relevant documents or links to industry articles or trade resources so you can be at the top of your field and stand out as a reliable, knowledgeable Senior Sales Associate of all things property management.
· Nurture acquired and assigned leads to convert to clients and closings
· Coordinate with CMO’s Executive Assistant to send out snail-mail sales materials to prospects.
· Represent the brand in your community
· Assist CMO with the creation and distribution of sales materials for potential property management clients
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Must have 7+ years of experience in direct sales of products or services.
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Have a demonstrable track record of sales expertise. Awards such as Top Salesperson are a major plus.
· Ability to demonstrate proficiency using HubSpot sales CRM software
· Expert in Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
· Must be willing to make a minimum of 40 cold calls a day
· Must be tech-savvy, coachable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to learn
· Must be fluent in speaking, writing, and comprehending English.
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
