Sales Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Identifying and establishing new customers with new sales opportunities from Hotels & Restaurants/ Hospitals & Specialty clinics/Diagnostic Clinics. Initiating action plans to approach and secure new businesses for the Division
  • Proactively generate leads and work with the team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients such as Hotel/ Hospital Executives and Purchasing Managers
  • Promotion of products and creation of demand to targeted clients.
  • Analyzing given areas and creating a necessary plan for both existing and new clients. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Achieving Sales Targets both in Peso Value and Quantity Target monthly, quarterly & annually. Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management
  • In cooperation with the Sales Management team, contribute to overall marketing strategy for revenue-earning platforms.
  • Participate actively in the annual company strategic plan by way of market intelligence including structured quality customer feedback and user intelligence to aid new developments.
  • Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy
  • Managing customer requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead times, product specification changes, and customer demand. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Submits all required reports to meet the deadline

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least any Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Allied Medical Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Required Skills: Sales Ability, Territorial Management, People Management Skills, Targeting sales & market data.
  • Preferably with 2 years of Sales Experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • With experience in negotiations with Purchasing Managers
