JOB DESCRIPTION

Attends walk-in customers.

o For first transactions, obtains company information like the name of the company, address, contact person, etc.

o Assists clients in the Showroom.

o Inquires about the needs of the client and suggests solutions.

o Provides clients with the necessary information concerning product use and benefits.

o Provides brochures to clients when necessary.

o Puts down orders in the sales order form.

o For pick-up, accomplishes necessary documents and official receipt for cash or cheque transactions.

· Responds to telephone inquiries. Logs down inquiries.

· Prepare quotations for all sales-related activities of the company.

· Ensure tasks are finished in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with different departments to meet Account Managers' requirements on time and according to correct specifications.

· Preparation of reports (for inbound calls and walk-in customers).

· Management and encoding of complete Customer directory/database.

· Handles or forwards customers' complaints to the concerned department.

· Maintaining business communications with clients before, during, and after a sale.

· Maintain contact with clients to ensure high trends of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.

· Performs other job-related tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or by the Management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • With good oral & written communication
