Job Summary
Responsible for Project Implementation, Operations and Maintenance, and Sales Coordination.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares and supervises the operations of the assigned Registry of Deeds.
- Oversees operations and maintenance of all IT Infrastructure and Site Support facilities.
- Communicates with Headquarters for resolution of operational incidents.
- Represents the company while dealing with LGUs and Non LGUs for linkages and other IT related projects.
- Supervises all Site Leads and Site Support to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
-Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year IT related course
- With excellent Project Management skills, analytical thinking and good decision making
- Highly motivated and has the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
- Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual
- Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadline
- Must be willing to travel
- Experience in Operations, Property, and/or Facilities Management an advantage.
