Roles & Responsibilities
As the key member of the executive management team, this position needs to interact with senior stakeholders and other management members of the Group. The position is based in Singapore requiring travels, particularly, to Hongkong and People’s Republic of China.

A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in the following:
An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable.
At least 10 years' experience in the related industry and in a publicly listed corporation with proven leadership and management experience is essential – with examples of when they have demonstrated excellence in the workplace.
The appointee must be effectively bi-lingual in English and Chinese and possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and be comfortable with technologies.
