• Manage the development of the internal engineering productivity tools and environments
• Providing DevOps architecture implementation and operational support
• Architecture and planning for cloud deployments (Private and Public cloud)
• Be an innovative and hands-on DevOps engineer capable of looking at both the technology and strategy around the platform
• Future-proofing the technical environments and ensuring extreme high levels of automation, availability, scalability and resilience
• Manage the development of the cross-cloud provider engineering tools and environments.
• Manage processes, automation, best practices, documentation
• Development and operation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Monitoring automation to effectively detect/predict/prevent issues in the environment and code base
• Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced, global environment
• Knowledge in lots of different open source technologies and configurations

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 5 years software experience where you spent at least 3 years working in DevOps.
• Experience in DevOps/Infrastructure, System Administration etc. with expertise in deploying and maintaining applications in Cloud. Software Development experience will be a bonus.
• Experience in working with any modern infrastructure operations (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, CircleCI, Jenkins etc.)
• Experience in implementing web services such as SOAP and RESTful web services
• Working knowledge of deploying SQL & No-SQL databases in production e.g PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hive
• Experience in batch processing implementations
• Have implemented some form of custom frameworks such as security and validations
• Good understanding of modern software development methodologies, scripting and tools
• Experience in one or more full SDLC for enterprise projects
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team
• Has Agile methodology and process understanding and experience
• Has a continuous learning mindset and learning of new paradigms, techniques & practices in build-test-release cycles and software automation

Good To Have

• Experience in DevOps toolchain
• Certification in AWS, GCP
• Experience in container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in messaging platforms such as Kafka and IBM MQ
