Responsibilities include overseeing operations, inspecting food quality and display case presentation, supervise product selection, managing food safety practices, ensure quality customer service by performing staff training and engaging with customers while ordering or with their inquiries, in charge with inventory and sourcing out of suppliers/consignors. Will be located in Makati or Quezon City.
