• Develop new prospect and accounts.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Distribute home office literature, catalogues, and the like.
• Present survey reports, layout, and proposals.
• Sell the line; demonstrate
• Check stock; discover possible product uses.
• Interpret sales points of the line to the customer.
• Estimate customer’s potential needs.
• Report product weaknesses, complaints.
• Arrange route for best coverage.
• Maintain sales portfolios, samples, kits, and so forth
• Collect overdue accounts; report on faulty accounts.
• Collect credit information.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing or any Business related courses
• Result oriented, highly motivated and capable to meet sales target and objective.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Preferably with sales experience in construction industry but fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
