A Front Office Associate represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Determinate's a guest reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guest's complete registration and then assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; Food and Beverage Services management, or Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
-Expectational interpersonal skills to enhance the service standard throughout the operation.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be able to build good rapport with the guest when they enter the hotel overall building a strong relationship with the guest.
-Handle guest request and inquiries promptly.
-Answer questions, address complaints and give suitable information by actively listening and comprehending visitor request.
-At least one (1) year of working experience in hotel is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
