Candidate will work with a recruitment staff as well, candidates scope of work as follows:
Prepare DTR for employees
Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
Handle HR related concerns and refers to HR supervisor.
Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Performs other tasks that maybe assigned.
All administrative and employee relations and tasks within the company and potential external liaising with government agencies (i.e. sss. Philhealth, pag-ibig, dole)

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
